Similar issues can also be seen trying to load a build log such as here: https://build.webkit.org/builders/Apple%20El%20Capitan%20Release%20(Build)/builds/4401/steps/compile-webkit/logs/stdio
You'll notice when scrolling on the page that the screen will go white (not rendering quick enough?) in Safari, but not at all or much less in Chrome.

Sorry if the component is incorrect.

Oddly enough, this issue doesn't seem to present itself on iOS.

The data is getting there just fine. This is possibly (likely?) a tiled scrolling issue?

The slow build logs are a known issue with large amounts text.

The waterfall being slow is likely different, possibly table rendering.

This is a Safari bug, not a WebKit bug. Lots of time in form autofill.
