Your reduction references a hostname that does not exist. Can you please provide a test case that works?

I assume you're referring to visiting http://www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/shopping/store_access.do?template_type=Home&jumpid=re_R602_prodexp/hpcom/split/hhoslp and the "Top 5 reasons" add on the right-hand side?

Hrm, nope, that one was an image. Are you referring to the changing graphic below the "Free Shipping" banner? I cannot reproduce anything incorrect with regards to the cursor in this region, on either Mac or Windows, with tip of tree.

More specific instructions on how to reproduce would be great, as well as information about which specific versions you observed the issue in.

Yes. As mentioned in comment #3, I cannot reproduce anything incorrect when hovering the cursor over that region. I have tested recent SVN builds on both Mac and Windows. Can you please provide more information about which builds of WebKit you are testing?

This is the version (3.0.3) 522.15.5 . Detailed steps: 1. http://www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/shopping/store_access.do?template_type=Home&jumpid=re_R602_prodexp/hpcom/split/hhoslp 2. Mouse hover over 1, 2 numbers under changing graphic below the "Free Shipping" banner. 3. Notice that the arrow shape cursor is not changing to hand shape. It changes only after you click on the numbers.

Does it happen in a recent SVN build of WebKit? The version number you provided was the Safari version number, which will not change to reflect a newer WebKit version.

will check with recent SVN build of WebKit and get back to you.

It would be great if you could make sure to specify which build you have tested with when you file bug reports. The Safari 3.0.3 beta that you mentioned is quite old in terms of WebKit. A recent nightly build would be much more useful for filing bug reports as it will confirm that the bug is still present so we don't go chasing down something that we may have already fixed :-)
