Steps:
1. Open Web Inspector
2. Select Elements tab
3. Press Cmd-Shift-Right until Console tab is selected
4. Press Cmd-Shift-Right
Expected:
Next tab after Console is selected
Actual:
Same tab is selected. This happens because the console prompt
gets focused on the console tab selection.

I don't know a good solution for this problem.
Safari has the same issue—a webpage with a focused
textarea/input element breaks tab switching.

Are you suggesting to keep it as is (e.g. WONTFIX)?
Remove the shortcut altogether?

Yes.

No. We match system behavior (Safari) here. We are doing what I would expect.
