I downloaded the latest nightly build at the time of the bug report, <r25449.dmg">http://nightly.webkit.org/files/mac/WebKit-SVN-r25449.dmg>, and the mounted disk image correctly displays both the Drosera and WebKit icons. Running the applications displays their respective icons in the Dock and Cmd-Tab bezel. I also downloaded the previous build and verified things functioned correctly there. Testing was done on Mac OS X 10.4.10.
My suggestion would be to either redownload the nightly build, relaunch the Finder, or reboot. There's nothing wrong with the icon on the application itself.
