Following up on Alexey Proskuryakov's remark bug #151076, comment 2, the functions webkitdirs::willUseIOS{Device, Simulator}SDKWhenBuilding() are not specific to building iOS software. We should rename them to convey that they can be used whenever a script wants to determine whether we are using the iphoneos or iphonesimulator SDK.
