Created attachment 265190 [details] [SCREENSHOT] Unobscured. I recorded the performance of a page in the nightly. The bars were a bit short and when I scrolled back to see them it took me awhile to realize the bars hadn't disappeared but rather had been obscured by a big white scroll bar. CSS could probably be changed to show the gray scroller without the white bar running all the way across. Screens attached
