I noticed one annoyance while browsing with Safari: if I write some characters into textarea, this character and the rest of text isn't sent to web server and even can't be copied to clipboard. Affected characters are: ^, ï, ò, ó. This is reproducible on various web pages. One example of this behaviour is in URL, where you can see original text "Zdravím. Vybírám teï tøísezónní spacák ..." stripped to "Zdravím. Vybírám te" in first post (i replied with full text in another browser).
I use Safari 3.0.3 (522.15.5).
