To reproduce:
1. Download a nightly build on OS X 10.11 El Capitan
2. Launch it
Safari launches, but About > Safari doesn't show the WebKit revision number and as far as I can tell the system WebKit is being used rather than the nightly WebKit.
Could this be due to System Integrity Protection?
I mentioned this in bug 150029 comment 4 but thought it was worth its own report.
