_Reason: Use case: Access a web page with embedded swf file: http://blog.naver.com/kshyb/40008655342 Steps to reproduce: Just wait for swf to load and than scroll to see the animation. Actual outcome: The animation is overlapping the browser scrollbars, occupying the whole screen Expected outcome: Scrollbars should be visible _Solution: Fix was available for 3.2. Backported same for 3.1. Orignial bug: http://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13003
