The web page does not matter. This issue is Windows specific.
When the browser window is maximized, and you click to minimize it, it goes to the start bar. When you click to restore it, it restores...but it is no longer maximized. Its in the 'restored' state. You must then click to maximize it again to continue working as you had left it.
Frustrating when using it regularly. This isssue happens on the nightly, and 3.0.3 versions.
This should be a very easy fix...
