When/if ever can we expect to see a full-screen safari/webkit for mac os x? The only full-screen browser for os x is shiira.

Feature requests for Safari should be filed at <http://bugreporter.apple.com/>. I would recommend you that you avoid using all-caps in your summary of that report.
