[EFL] REGRESSION: 200 layout tests fail

I have no idea which revisions are culprit, because EFL port is in very bad shape nowadays. :(

r188693 - r188750 : build failure

r188751 - ... : zillion crashes + timeouts

until r188792: only 80-100 failures

from r188804: 200+ failures

maybe it is responsible for fast/events and editing failures somehow

I won't have time to investigate this bug in the near future,
feel free to pick it up, if somebody is interested in it.
