I've seen this for at least several weeks now. I'm running Apple's Safari public beta along with the nightly webkit. Typically it will print a few pages and then hang. I've saved a Web Archive of the page and it has the same problem, I can upload it if the public URL isn't available.
Note that you don't have to print a printer, saving to a PDF has the same issues.

I can't reproduce this with a local debug build of WebKit r24749 with Safari 3 Public Beta v. 3.0.2 (522.12) on Mac OS X 10.4.10 (8R218).
Kee, could you attach the webarchive? Also, if you can reproduce this, could you run the following command from a Terminal window (while Safari is hanging) and attach the output file? Thanks!
