MediaPlayerPrivateAVFoundation::seekCompleted doesn't call HTMLMediaElement::mediaPlayerTimeChanged if there is a pending seek, which can happen if two seeks are issued quickly. This causes the 'seemed' event to not be fired for the first seek.
