Ryan
If I have Safari's window set to full screen (by clicking the square button in the upper right), then I minimize it to the Windows taskbar (by clicking the minimize button in the upper right), and then open up the window again by clicking on the Safari icon, the size gets reset backs to the default size instead of remembering that I had set the window to full screen. I can reproduce this bug every time.

Thanks for the bug report Ryan!
Unfortunately, this is a bug in the closed source Safari application and not the WebKit framework so this is invalid for our bug tracker. Apple is aware of the bug though <rdar://problem/5023398>.

Matt is right. Bugs in Safari should be filed at http://bugreport.apple.com/
