When opening the Extensions Preferences inside of the Safari Preferences, the pane with the installed extensions is blank in Webkit, but not in the released Safari. Some extensions appear to not be working at all, regardless of blankness or not.

Extensions are managed by Safari, not by WebKit. If this is still an issue, please report it to Apple via https://feedbackassistant.apple.com
