* SUMMARY
Total download size doesn't update soon after loading.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Inspect <http://theverge.com>
2. cmd-shift-r to force a reload.
  => download size ~40kb, should be much larger

* NOTES
- Seems DefaultDashboard's event listener is not getting registered due to an early return.
