We could extend ScopeBar to handle cases where it is too narrow to display all its ScopeBarItems. Not sure what the best UI would be, maybe a ">" button to scroll the items horizontally?

I've been considering moving the type scope filtering to the sidebar, similar to the scope bar in the Resources sidebar.

I'd prefer that. The current one takes too much real estate.
