Launch Safari (3.0.2 (522.12))
Go to (http://nightly.webkit.org/) and select "built".
Type splat-shift-U.
Wait one launch time and see Opera greet you.
Note: Firefox is my default browser, not Opera.

Indeed it is "Open URL in Opera".
Wierd but not a bug.
