Currently we have manual tests to test the visibility of the caps lock indicator. However, manual tests are rarely run. We should add support for testing the caps lock indicator in DumpRenderTree/WebKitTestRunner so that we ensure we do not regress the look-and-feel of the caps lock indicator.
