* SUMMARY
Show Page Source does not switch to Resources tab if inspector was closed.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open inspector to Elements tab
2. Close inspector
3. Develop > Show Page Source
  => expected inspector to open to main frame source code, instead showed Elements tab
