It is unnecessary to include AVPlayerViewController_WebKitOnly.h from AVFoundationSPI.h.

After talking with Jer Noble in person today, future work will make use of AVPlayerViewController_WebKitOnly.h and hence we should conditionally include AVPlayerViewController_WebKitOnly.h when we have AVKit.
