* SUMMARY
Update CSS Autocompletion properties and values

New properties:
  - font-synthesis
  - mix-blend-mode
  - justify-content, justify-items, justify-self
  - -webkit-initial-letter (no autocompletion values though)
  - -webkit-column-fill
  - -webkit-scroll-snap*
  - -webkit-backdrop-filter

And a bunch of modified things.
  - -webkit-grid-auto-flow
  - -webkit-ruby-position

This is a basic attempt to improve things.
