Now we build 2.42 which is very very old.
- Ubuntu 12.04 shipped 2.38
- Ubuntu 14.04 shipped 2.44
- Ubuntu 14.10 shipped 2.46
- Ubuntu 15.04 shipped 2.49.2

The latest release is 2.50.0, GTK uses 2.49.91.1 now.

Additionally we can remove unnecessary patches.

It seems we have to fix the EFL only ProxyResolverSoup.cpp before,
because soup_proxy_uri_resolver_get_type() is deprecated since 2.44.
