The following new scroll-snap-point tests are failing periodically:

platform/mac-wk2/tiled-drawing/scrolling/scroll-snap/scroll-snap-mandatory-padding.html
platform/mac-wk2/tiled-drawing/scrolling/scroll-snap/scroll-snap-mandatory-rotated.html

Investigate the cause of this flakiness.

I have temporarily marked these tests as flaky, and added a timeout to dump the state of the test.

platform/mac-wk2/tiled-drawing/scrolling/scroll-snap/scroll-snap-mandatory-mainframe-slow-horizontal.html is also flaky.

This sometimes makes EWS lie, see bug 145542 comment 16.
