* SUMMARY
Switching to the Timeline and decreasing the height of the the Web Inspector will cause the text in the left pane will overlap the placeholder text in the "Filter Timelines Events" field.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Safari
2. Visit any website you wish
3. Enable the "Web Inspector" via the Develop menu
4. Swicth to the "Timelines" tab
5. Decrease the height of the Web Inspector to the lowest it will go
