[GTK] Layout Test http/tests/media/hls/video-controls-live-stream.html is flaky (sometimes fails)

The http/tests/media/hls/video-controls-live-stream.html layout test is flaky on GTK+. It fails sometimes.

When it fails the diff is the following:
