plugins/snapshotting tests appear to have a bunch of issues:
1. They use QuickTime plug-in, which doesn't even support snapshotting.
2. They use QuickTime plug-in, which is 32-bit, and thus cannot be loaded in 64-bit only builds (such as local builds, ASan or EWS).
3. But they still somehow claim that they pass, which is untrue.
