Open Inspector 2. js> dir(document.body) 3. Expand Object 4. Select any console message 5. Go to Full Console 6. Scroll up and up to rubber-band at top => unexpected blue highlight at top of console => compare when no-selection

Figured this out, it was the focus ring on the .console-messages div (which has tabindex).
