Created attachment 244212 [details] Screenshot showing different behavior between Mac and Windows. The test case "fast/writing-mode/broken-ideograph-small-caps.html" indicates that Mac does not properly draw latin text in vertical-rl mode. See screenshot. Characters from "top-to-bottom" written languages should layout in typical fashion when styled with vertical-rl type, but the latin characters should be rotated 90 degrees. See http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-writing-modes-3/#text-orientation for some motivation.
