Currently, WebKitGTK 2.4.x / Quartz / Darwin won't build when the Netscape plugin API is enabled. There should be a --disable-netscape-api switch for configure that allows you to disable this.

Support for plugins was removed in https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/265753/webkit.
