Sometimes I enter a network records filter that matches on one page, then navigate to some other page with a different timeline. Maybe I've switched to script timeline, so the cursor focus is somewhere random. When I switch back to the network records timeline, the old filter doesn't match any new records, but still prevents results from showing.
Two ideas:
1. Give the filter dialog the cursor so this can be quickly cleared
2. Make filter results be per-timeline or per-page (seems annoying)

This bug is specifically about the cursor focus in this scenario. If other UI should get focus, then this bug should be closed.
