Similarly to EWebKit2, provide logging facility for MiniBrowser based on Eina Log module to have a convenient way to display all/subset/none messages for EFL based libraries and MiniBrowser.

Nowadays EFL folks seem to want that EFL MiniBrowser supports many functions. However I think MiniBrowser is just a simple test application :) Anyway this patch looks fine. r=me.
