Currently (after https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=138856) we disappear the margin in this case because the blue highlight and yellow highlight need to be the same size, and we can't expand the blue highlight by the margin.

This introduces an inconsistency in indicator size between Bounce and BounceAndCrossfade.
