There is extra whitespace in sidebar detail section groups above simple rows. We should reduce the whitespace.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Inspect http://daringfireball.net
2. Select main resource
3. Select Resource Details Sidebar
  => extra whitespace in sections
