The fix for https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=138278 landed at r175460 is only solving the problem for the Mac mediaControls.

The test fast/media/window-name.html keeps failing on the other ports.

The same changes have been finally also considered at the original bug, and have been landed at r175477, so closing the bug.
