These test was passing earlier in build bots, modifed the test again.

Could you please explain what was wrong, and how you are fixing that? This is not obvious to me from the patch itself.

Dear Alexey,

     I think input URL used in earlier test case was not proper, so test got failed in other build bots. After looked into existing "access-control-and-redirects-async.html", so to test cors without custom header that receive a same origin redirect, modified the test. Should we capture other scenarios also?
