This bug affects the WebKit shipped in Safari 7.0.6 on OSX 10.9.4 and the WebKit nightly as well.  Try clicking on the URL and then waiting.  The little fish seems to behave in an inconsistent way with Gecko and Blink's rendering of this by going around in circles, and then it hangs the WebKit process.  I'm attaching process samples for both the shipping Safari and the WebKit trunk.

(The original SVG image I stole from http://blog.dholbert.org/2010/10/svg-as-image.html in case I mess with the people.mozilla.org version, and it triggers the same bug.)
