Update WebKit.pro to build testkjs for Gdk. This should fix most of the failures on http://build.webkit.org. Swallow the needed --gdk option from run-javascriptcore-tests. Call Frame::init on gFrame to catchup Avoid crashes on repaint when layout is needed. I don't know how I triggered this but I think the patch is correct.
