I could not reproduce this on OS X 10.9.4 with nightly r173638. I browsed macobserver.com for a few minutes. So you have any Safari extensions installed? Does this still happen if you disable them? > numerous "Unknown" downloads of zero size Could you please confirm whether it is Unknown or Untitled? The latter name is a bit of a telltale, although that wouldn't quite explain what happened yet. Greg, are you running the nightly with Safari 7.0.6 or Safari 7.1? If it's 7.0.6, then the problem may well have the same root cause as bug 136953. Greg wrote to me saying that installing Safari 7.1 resolves this. While we don't support nightlies with anything but the very latest Safari release, this likely signifies a real regression in API. Given the regression range identified in <rdar://problem/18399291>, it must be from one of Antti's recent patches. *** Bug 136953 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
