2> Once complete page get loaded, scroll through the page.
3> Observe that the page has two duplicate layers, the one above gets scrolled while the below one is fixed.
4> Change the orientation. Observe that the below layer disappears and the page works normally.

Can you reproduce this issue with iOS? Android uses a forked version of WebKit, so we cannot track its bugs here.
I tried, and could not reproduce with iOS 7.
