reproduce.

1. www.naver.com

2. enter keyword to top input box(ex. premier league)

3. scroll down and select link in '카페' category

4. scroll right contents on page.


This issue was not present in Android 4.1.2. It's start coming from android 4.2.

Android uses a forked version of WebKit, so we cannot tracks its bug in WebKit Bugzilla. Please report this issue directly to Google.
