The mails in webkit-changes always contain the complete diff. This is a bit annoying if someone checks in a huge diff (e.g. a new baseline in LayoutTestResults). I'd propose to not show the diff anymore, but just the submit log, the ChangeLogs and the list of changed files if the diff is above a certain limit (100-200k might be a good number)
