* SUMMARY
"No Filter Results" view only shows once, does not show again. Oops.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Inspect apple.com
2. Show Resources sidebar
3. In filter bar at the bottom of the sidebar type "asdf" => No Filter Results view shown
4. Remove filter by clicking (x) in filter bar => Resource Tree shown
5. In filter bar at the bottom of the sidebar type "asdf"
  => Empty sidebar! Expected No Filter Results view shown
