For improved WebCore dSYM generation speed, we should export DSYMUTIL_NUM_THREADS=`sysctl -n hw.logicalcpu` in the makefiles and build-webkit for builds hosted on OS X.

I think you want hw.activecpu rather than hw.logicalcpu.
