If CoreSimulator services are shut down, either by shutting down a device or closing the simulator app, running another CoreSimulator service command may not get notifications and hang. There is one place where I shut down the device separately, but closing the iOS simulator app actually shuts down all devices. <rdar://problem/17847652> Removing the redundant simctl command will help alleviate a hang point while the root cause is investigated.
