Created attachment 235081 [details] Testcase (unminimized) 1. Load the attached file. 2. Open a new tab and keep the new tab focused for ~30s. 3. Switch back to the svg tab and notice the animation is all out of sync. This has occurred for at least 1 year, and probably since the beginning of time. This was discovered by arjunmehta on #svg on irc.w3c.org.

Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all agree on rendering for this test case. I don't believe there is any remaining compatibility issue.
