When "launch our new player is chosen, a loading page appears. It stalls at "Loading... 0%" The page will finish loading about 5-10 minutes later.

Any confirmations on this bug? I'm unable to test it because I live outside US.

A year without confirmation. So I assume the bug is not replicable.
