The test infrastructure is still trying to locate DLL's that ship as part of Safari. Instead, we should be using the Apple Application Support path, which is where these things live now.

This has been corrected for WinLauncher, jsc.exe, and DumpRenderTree.
It still needs to be corrected for TestWebKitAPI, and perhaps a few others.
