When we use jhbuild, freetype6 tarball isn't downloaded in Korea. So, we need to change the url for now.

CC'ing ossy, freetype6 have annoyed Korean EFL port developers. I know we can use JHBUILD_MIRROR environment variable though, I think it is additional job for us.

Even buildbot(which is placed in Korea) still can't download freetype6 tarball.
